Member/List Management

  • "Mail-Merge" functions can be used to personalize the message (eg. "Hello Joe") and preview merge results from Live Preview.
  • Message History shows exactly what happened with a message, from composing and editing to approval and delivery, including who did what.
  • Scheduling allows you to send immediately or schedule your send on a specific date/time in the future.
  • Express Followup automatically sends a "light-weight" followup message to those who didn't open the first message. This followup links to the web version of the original.

Sender Authentication Methods

We maximize message delivery by signing your message with SPF, SenderID and Domainkeys. All three help your message make it to it's destination.

100% "web-bug" free

While many email services still use a 1x1 clear pixel (or "web-bug") to track email opens, our proprietary tracking method offers a much more accurate way of tracking who opens your message.

Redundancy & Security

Our servers run on mirrored hardware, meaning that if one unit goes down, the mirror will continue running without disrupting service. Our servers are also protected by hardware based firewalls for security.

Built-in CAN-SPAM Compliance

It's impossible to send out a message from ListRocket that does not conform to CAN-SPAM laws. You're free to modify the message footers, but the system always makes sure your members have a way to opt-out.
